Our law office overlooks North York Civic Centre and saw the aftermath of the vicious attack in mass murder. A man drove a van running over pedestrians on the most famous street in Toronto. This is in the heart of a vibrant multicultural community - people from all cultures and walks of life.

This fund is being driven by my multilingual staff - some who just avoided being a victim by just minutes - walking on Yonge from Finch after lunch.

This was literally in our front yard. We call out to our communities to support whatever we each can. As urged by Mayor John Tory, we are now coordinated with the #TorontoStrong Fund at Toronto Foundation and all proceeds will be distributed there to ensure legitimate delivery to those most in need.
