Chelley Vukmanic's Medical Funds
Donation protected
I have set up this account to help my sister, Chelley Vukmanic (known to many as Mrs. V & Coach V) and her family with their finances as she struggles with a CSF Leak.
In August, Chelley was diagnosed with Spontaneous Intracranial Hypotension caused by a spinal fluid leak. Since then, she has undergone four spinal procedures and been on strict bed rest. This has been a physically painful and emotionally draining time for her. After being a patient at Anne Arundel Medical Center and Johns Hopkins, Chelley is now being referred to a CSF Leak Specialist at Duke University Hospital. I am hoping that this gofundme account will help raise the funds to pay for my sister's travel expenses to seek treatment in NC, along with their other accumulating bills.
Chelley is on unpaid medical leave from her position as an English teacher at Broadneck High School. Over the past few years, she has also held positions such as the yearbook advisor, assistant cheerleading coach, and assistant track coach for the school. She has a six year-old daughter who would very much like to have her mommy off of bed rest.
Please help by sharing this link with others who might want to help out Chelley and her family. Chelley has a hard time asking for help, so I'm asking for her.
