Vulnerable Elderly Gentleman

We are aiming to help an elderly vulnerable gentleman (a neighbour) who has been subjected to a number of years of physical and mental abuse by drug users who had taken over his property resulting in turning his property in to an unliveable state. 
They have trashed his home, from smashing plates to furniture, he no longer has any usage of a bed or anywhere where he can comfortably sit. 
They have also removed or destroyed all of his appliances such as cooker, fridge, freezer etc.
He has no central heating, he does have a gas fire which is currently switched off as there is a leak on the pipe so this is unsafe, he is currently using a portable electric heater. 
They have also destroyed all internal doors, as well as both external doors to the point the frames are coming away from the walls and the doors are in a state of disrepair. All windows on the front of the property have been smashed and are currently boarded up. 

The funds will be used for helping to repair the property and to bring it back in to repair, also for any help towards costs of tradesman that will be needed to carry out essential repairs in order to enable the gentleman to live comfortable once again.  

The initial funds raised will be used to obtain a skip or skips to remove the damaged items and rubbish which is strewn throughout the property. Any further funds will be used to carry out essential repairs and purchase items needed for him. 

All help or donations will be greatly appreciated and all funds will be used solely to give the gentleman a more comfortable life in his own home.
