Community cat Trey-puncture wound

Trey is a coomunit SCRP (Lets rename this wonderful program - the cat  is loved) cat that comes and eats at my house twice a day (wet and dry), he got hurt with a puncture wound to the face. I got him to the house in a towel and he let me clean the wound. He needs to see a vet and I am asking for help. He needs antibiotics. I can't send him back without treaing him for 7-10 days.
