We are so thrilled to share with everyone our BIG NEWS... We are ADOPTING!
Michael and I have been married since August 2009. For anyone who knows us knows that we absolutely love children and it has been a dream for us to become parents. We have been trying to conceive for 3 years. Two of those three years we have gone through the emotional toll of fertility treatments including a round with IUI. Through those two years we have experienced a miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy. After the ectopic pregnancy we really started to pray to God about his plan for us. God really started to speak to us though the radio of adoption stories and through watching adoption stories on TV. In those moments we started to realize that we wanted to be parents more than we wanted to have a child that shared our DNA.
We feel strongly that we are being called to adopt a baby. Michael and I are not looking at adoption as a last resort. We really feel that there is a child out there that is meant just for us and we are excited to meet him or her. We have already began to pray every day and night for our future child and its birthmother.
So please help our dreams come true of becoming parents and share this with your family and friends to help us raise money we need to adopt the child God has planned for us.
