Watch me embarrass myself

WATCH ME DO EMBARRASSING THINGS THAT YOU ALL DECIDE ON (Go towards bottom for this). Hello all! As you all know I am David Hamilton, pre-physical therapy student and very poor child to the University of Louisville. Recently I have been accepted into the Healthcare Leadership School, an international retreat/conference dedicated to improving the healthcare system, ourselves as future/current physicians, and being a leader to those in our field and the patients we hope to help. Unfortunately as with all things in life, it costs money. $500 to attend. Never would I ask those to deposit their life savings to me, or contribute much, but I would appreciate it greatly. This is not a funding for me to go on vacation, but to go on an 8 day trip to improve myelf for the future of healthcare and the people that need help in this world. 

Now for the fun part. Since there isn't a whole lot of incentive I can really give besides shoutouts, I will attempt something a little more fun. For every $50 raised, I will do something embarrassing, ridiculous, etc for a person who has donated within that $50. Every dollar is an entry and I will draw at random who will be the person. YOU make the suggestion and tell me what to do. I will film it and put it on facebook, instagram, and twitter for your viewing pleasure. For the first $50 raised, however, I will go back to 2014 and do the Ice Bucket challenge in support of my father who suffers from ALS. The person who donates the most will be added on to the list for the 50-100 range. As long as it won't kill me I will do it.
