Water bags for Haiti

I will be returning to Haiti as a volunteer nurse with International Medical Relief this December, 2016. I am a registered nurse from Columbus, Ohio with a background in public health, trauma and cardiac nursing.  I first traveled to Haiti in 2014 and volunteered as a nurse providing medical care and education and was incredibly moved by the people there. I was also shocked at the lack of resources available. Haiti has just suffered a devastating hurricane and subsequent worsening cholera outbreak from contaminated water. I will be purchasing water bags to give to families in rural and urban parts of Haiti as well as providing medical care in outreach clinics.  Haitians lack access to an established water infrastruacture and are subject to preventable illnesses from contaminated water.  All money raised will go towards purchasing water bags-i will be taking as many as I can fit in my bags.   Upon conclusion of my fundraising I will directly withdrawl the funds raised and purchase packs from the h2opack organization  .http://www.packh2o.com/about-packh2o/.
