As many of you know Eugene spent much of his time in Mexico; teaching his grandkids how to break an egg and how to drive a stick shift buggy. He was incredibly passionate and highly involved in the well being of a small town called Erendira where our house is located. Nothing in the world would make Eugene happier than a project initiated in his name to improve the lives of the people in this community. The current drought has been detrimental to this community and the people are walking miles along dirt roads to fill buckets with water for their families. Bringing a water system to this town would improve their lives tremendously. So in honor of Eugene we will be building a water system for the people of Erendira. We ask that in lieu of flowers you make a donation toward bringing water to these people.
