WCU Fusion Ens Travel to JEN Conf!

The Western Carolina University Fusion Ensemble has been invited to play at the Jazz Education Network (JEN) conference in Reno, NV this January. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for our ensemble to showcase composition and performance abilities to musicians from around the world!
The Jazz Education Network is a non-profit organization which promotes jazz education, jazz performance, and the development of new audiences. Each year, musicians from around the globe meet at the JEN conference, giving clinics and performances to educate and inspire. Through JEN, thousands of dollars are used to donate instruments and music to schools, and they provide scholarships and exposure to students each year so they can continue to build their craft.
The WCU Fusion Ensemble is asking for your help so we can get the funding we need to make it to our performance at the JEN conference. The money you provide will help us pay for our travel and hotel expenses, and in doing so, will also help each and every member of our ensemble grow as we learn from world-class musicians and share our music with them.
