True Cowan's Memorial Fund

This fundraiser is to honor True Cowan, who lost his young life  and was a victim of a tragice hit and run accident on Feb 15 in Boyle Heights, California.  He lost his father suddenly last week also.  He was a vibrant young man who served in the National Guard and was finishing his degreee at East Los Angeles Community College. He also attended Cal State Northridge. The Cowan family is asking for assistance at this time to  reunite  him with his mother in Indiana to be buried together with his father. A life taken too soon and survived by his mother,Elva Cowan , his brother Ian Cowan, Grandfather William Cowan, uncle Greg Cowan,  and nephew Ethan Cowan and his girlfriend Wendy Perez.
