Weight Loss Surgery Medical Bills

Hey! My name is Monica,  Im 29 years old and I have been struggling with weight issues my entire life. Around 5 years ago I pretty much gave up on my life of losing weight. I started eating non stop and gained so much weight. I didn't care if I died from being morbidly obese. I just wanted to stop worrying about "diets". But April of 2017 I found out that I was pregnant.  I also found out that I have PCOS, which is a huge reason I had so much trouble losing weight to begin with.  Anyway, the moment I saw my baby's heart beating on the sonogram monitor, i knew i had to change. From that moment on i started eating right and losing so much weight.  I ended up losing 50 pounds during my pregnancy and that brought me down to 465 pounds. It's been 8 months since my little girl was born and I've been struggling so hard with losing weight. It's like my body plateaued at 465 pounds. So I've made the decision to get weight loss surgery. Not only for myself and my health but for my family and especially my little girl. I want to see her grow up and show her that anything is possible. 
So the reason I'm in need of financial help is for the after care of surgery.  I need to have this surgery. I want to live and be here for my family. My little girl needs her mommy! 
I am trying to make things right in my life and I'm just asking for a little help from people I know who care about me and want to watch me succeed.
