To Our Valued Community Partner,
I am contacting you on behalf of the Wheatland High School Sober Grad Night Committee. Our Grad Night Celebration will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017. As you know, high school graduation is a very special event for our graduates and we want to ensure that their special night is a happy and a safe one. This is especially important for the Wheatland community as quite a few of our graduating seniors are students of active duty, guard/reserve, and retired military members serving locally or overseas from Beale Air Force Base.
The Wheatland High School Grad Night Celebration is planned, coordinated and managed by the parents of Wheatland High School. This annual event is a Non-alcohol and drug free all night gala with activities, games, entertainment and food. The evening is generously supported through private and business donations that enable us to keep the students entertained throughout the night with door prizes and more.
We know our Wheatland High School Seniors will want to celebrate one last time as a class with their friends on this night, so hopes are high to make it a spectacular celebration. Many past attendees have described Grad Night as the best time of their lives. We believe this was a direct result of countless hours of volunteer work, senior fundraisers and monetary donations from various area businesses.
An undertaking such as this requires significant contributions. We are actively trying to raise funds. Your generous donation of funds, gift certificates, goods or services will make June 9th a night to remember for our nearly 170 graduating seniors. All donations are tax deductible.
