Wheel accessible van

Donation protected
20 years ago my ex husband came into my apartment and stabbed me with a knife 21 times while I was asleep and left me for dead . I was paralyzed from the neck down and as a result I became a quadriplegic . The years after I became paralyzed I managed to get a van from my father So that I can maintain two part-time jobs while my children were in college and trade school. My father realized riding Nj Transit Accesslink and the distance I traveled turned into an all day thing The regularbuses in fall and winter had so many lift problem because of the cold sometimes the age of the bus and some companies like Coach USA break down constantly and that caused me so many tears and pain . You should have seen the dirty looks from the passengers . My self esteem had been put to the test every week since my van has been taken away. When I take the bus I get dirty looks from people like I’m holding real people from getting to work and maintaining their real and regular everyday life, well guess what ? I’m one of them also. I’m trying to make sure that I have a way to get around for work ,medical reasons ,and just every day living. The only way I could do that is I need a van to carry my motorized wheelchair and maintain my strong independent drive. Several years ago I had a motorized Lift in my Van and the Lift went bad . If given this chance right now. I know my Parents ( even though they are deceased ) will see their daughter make them proud again .
