Whitney's Japan Wish

Whitney's Story Whitney is a fun loving 19 year old girl with a heart of gold and, a treasure to her family and friends. She is like any other young girl with hopes and dreams for the future. Unfortunately 31st October 2017 changed her world. Whitney went to hospital with severe pain in her side and after a long operation had her ovary removed with a large mass. An agonising wait left a shocking diagnosis of advanced stage 4 bowel cancer. Like many young people prior to diagnosis with bowel cancer, Whitney had suffered for many months with frustrating trips to the doctors and hospital with no explanation. Life since has consisted of horrendous treatment from one hospital nurse falsely stating she had 6 weeks to live, a bed far from her beloved Chihuahuas, overcoming her fear of needles, and further devastation of another tumour found. However thought out this journey Whitney has shown nothing but courage and a smile for everyone around her. She has graciously accepted every thing but will never give up living her life. Whitney has given us a beautiful funeral plan and an awesome bucket list, so this brings us to what this page is about... all she has ever wanted was to go to Japan and we want to make sure she has an amazing trip, but we don't have much time to get this done so we are asking you to help in anyway you can.
