Car & Mobile Home Emergency Repairs

Donation protected
Ok I'm a 55yr old disabled person, My income is very limited, less than $900 a month, I live alone with a 8yr old 16lb cat, in a 29yr old mobile home that I own and that's paid off, I rent the land though, the rent went up as of July 1st from $215 to $265 a month.

What do I need help with? Well the gas central furnace needs repair(I have no heat),  my car and some electrical work needs to be done.

The gas central furnace I was told could cost about $200.00 to repair and that there would be a $70.00 trip charge(per hour) just to examine the heater to make a more accurate estimate. I know it's not a blower problem, as I had a good blower installed already, it's most likely a switch or even the thermostat.

I'd rather not ask, but I don't like coughing when I'm cold  and My cat doesn't like being cold either since I have asthma, osteoarthritis, joint problems (I broke a leg in 2002).

My car's rear struts and front tires (I have 3 of 4 parts, I just need to install them, I do need 1 more tire for the front($41 delivered), but then I have 1 tire and the 2 rear struts, the rear struts will cost Me $100.00 to have installed).

A mostly broken and twisted drivers seat(about $170-$175 to replace the seat, I know of one in Black) that seat needs to be reskinned by an upholstery shop to Tan like the rest of My car's interior is(maybe $100 for the upholstery since this is just labor), using the seat skin from the broken drivers seat.

The speedo assembly(the tach I have is broken, I have a replacement speedo assembly with a spare working tach), Cost? Maybe $50.00-100.00 for labor.

The car a/c under the dash needs work, since there is a leak under there(I'd already had work done under the hood on the car a/c).

The brakes could use some pads/shoes(I have the brake parts, cost to install $100).

I could also use some electrical work done on the 1987 Fleetwood Westfield mobile home, two 20amp breakers have broken hold downs and since they are too large for the wire(these two breakers are for the 2 bathrooms, 14gauge wire is used on these two circuits), need to be replaced by a 15amp breaker and have 2 outlets added, one in the living room for the 10,000 BTU window a/c and one in My bedroom.

I have one 20amp circuit that needs to be(a real one w/12gauge wire) moved to a better location(about 10'). I'm eligible to get a Treadmill for medical reasons, but even though I have some space for a treadmill in the living room(the mobile home is cramped at 810sqft, it's not very big), electrically I have no room, I can't even plug the vaccuum cleaner into the living room while the a/c is on, if I do, a breaker will trip, Plus the box lets rain water in, I got shocked when one of those two 20amp breakers was wet recently.
