Hi!
My name is Daniella Qvistgaard. I'm a rising sophomore at Northeastern University in Boston. In a few weeks I'm participating in an over night walk called Out of the Darkness to raise awareness for suicide prevention.
When I was a sophomore in high school I was diagnosed with depression and have struggled with it since. I have been through the ups and downs of it all. Suicide prevention is something that hits close to home to me after having many suicidal thoughts and knowing people who have had them and acted on them.
I want to do this walk to support all those who have lost someone to suicide and all those who are currently facing suicidal thoughts. I want to let them know that they are not alone and with the love and support of those around them they can start to see how worthy they are of living.
I would really appreciate any donation no matter how big or small. Everything is helpful. Thank you so much for your support!
