Wooldridge Elementary Safety Patrol

Hello.   My name is Juan Ýñiguez.  I am an educator at Wooldridge Elementary School.  I work in a school that services  a mostly minority population.  
I head the Safety Patrol program at our school.   This program gives opportunities to 5th graders to become leaders and examples for the rest of our school by volunteering their time and services to ensure that our students are safe before and after school.  
The money that I am asking for will be used to purchase hooded sweatshirts for all Safety Patrol members for cold mornings when they are outside helping students, teachers and parents have a safe and pleasant morning.  
Since we live in Texas, our winters are short and don't arrive until early to late December.  We would like to have our sweatshirts ordered by early December so late November to early December would be optimal.  
I am so proud of the iniciative and passion my students have shown from the start.  They always arrive bright and early at seven to get us started.  They have also taken it upon themsleves to start a recycling and beautification program here at our schoool.  I see so much potential in them and want them to know that I notice and appreciate their hard work and dedication.  We would be so thankful that we will shoot a video of our students in action and giving all of you a big Thank You!
