My mom and I are trying to get my brother medically transported home to chicago .
Phabion Allen Harshaw was shot saturday evening while leaving a friends house in St. Louis Missouri . Right now Phabion is on life support and is fighting for his life .
We are hoping to bring him home so he can be around family and friends . Anything anybody can give will be greatly appreciated
