Hailey needs your help

Hello everyone my name is Justin Burgess and I have started this account for a very special girl in my life Hailey Rapczynski. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsys when she was about 1 years old. She is a strong girl who never let's anything get in her way. She has been thru so much in just this past year with going thru a major surgery to moving and being sick alot. She wants to be such a independent girl and now has the chance with getting a power wheelchair. But there is a down fall to that and that would be the reason for this account. Her mother is unable to afford the vehicle that is needed to transport the chair from place to place. She is not looking to buy a new one. Just one that is capable and safe to transport the chair for Hailey. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help, time and prayers.
