Help family rebuild after SC floods

My fiance Travis, our three kids and I lost our home in Columbia, SC on Sunday, October 4 when local dams broke and flooded the area. Our apartment was destroyed along with most of our belongings. We need whatever help we can get to find a new home and get stable again.

I hate asking for help, but for the sake of my children, I'm swallowing my pride. Several have wished us well and asked how they could help - even people who don't know us. I can't express how much that has meant to us. Thank you to all who have reached out, and all who share this.

We may not make our goal, but every little bit helps. If we exceed our goal, anything above it will be donated to local disaster relief efforts, to help others in our situation.
