Please help save me and my dogs

My name is Crystal. I'm forty-three, coming out of a divorce, and trying to get my life back in order. I have two dogs which I have had since they were babies; Jupiter (pictured above) and Callisto, his sister. They both depend on me and I am at a point where I am no longer able to provide for them, or myself. The water in the house is cut off and the electric is set to be cut off any time, and I have very little food left for either my dogs or myself.
Beginning last year I went through a really bad divorce and also the agonizingly long, troublesome process of selling our house. I was unemployed and about to re-enroll in school at the time my husband decided he wanted a divorce, and then had to remain unemployed for almost a year so that the bank would allow us to sell our house. I had to sign paperwork up to the last week before finalizing the house sale saying that I had been unable to obtain employment and we were thus unable to pay the mortgage on the house. Not having enough income between us to pay the mortgage was the only way we could sell the house, which we were underwater on. The children I raised for fourteen years with him were his from a previous marriage, and he had to provide for them, so he could not be the one unemployed.
During that time I was staying with a friend and was receiving just barely enough money to live on from my now ex-husband. After the house sale, my friend also decided to sell his house and I saved what little money I got from the house closing to pay rent in a new place while searching for work. Since then, I've been actively searching for work to little avail—being out of the tech industry for over a year makes it tough to break back in, but in the last couple months I've been looking for a job in any industry. Nothing has come through, yet. I have managed to get by this far on credit cards, but I've finally come to the end of my credit line.
My roommate, who owns the house, is currently disabled and unable to work. She's been living with her daughter full time for a few months now. Which has left me alone in the house to pay the utilities as best I can. I've been just barely scraping by until now. The water was finally shut off two days ago and the electric will be cut off any day now, according to the person I spoke with yesterday. I am terrified because I'm broke and have nowhere else to go. I don't know what else to do except ask for help.
I'm asking for your help to keep the power and water on. To get on top of the utility bills, which will be much more affordable when there aren't a ton of late fees, and then keep the utilities on for another two months while continuing to look for a job. I need gas money for interviews and on-foot job hunting and I also need to feed my two dogs and myself.
My situation is dire, and I need money as soon as possible to keep the lights and water on and a roof over my head. Please, if there is anything you can do to help, spread the word or donate even the smallest amount, I would be so incredibly grateful. My dogs don't understand that we're about to be on the street, but I know that if they did, they would be incredibly grateful as well. Please help me keep providing for them and myself. I just need a little more time.
