Garden Beds for Vare-Washington!

Friends of Vare-Washington is a group of parents and community members invested in our neighborhood public school.  We are raising money for raised garden beds for a student garden club .  The money will be used to purchase the building materials needed for these raised garden beds.  We hope to fund this project and build the garden beds so that we can plant this spring.  It is important to help our neighborhood public schools because our schools are great places of education that do not get the resources they need. These garden beds will help to make our neighborhood school more attractive to the community members.  The students will be able to assist in planting and caring for these garden beds, which is a great opportunity for the students to show they are important members of their community! The parents, community members, students, teachers and school staff will be very grateful of this project's beautiful outcome!
