Donations For Tank

Tank is a year and a half year old cat to the wonderful couple Courtney & Christian. Tank fell ill two weeks ago to the day. After rushing him to the Emergency Veterinarian, they found out he had a urethral obstruction. As a result of not urinating, his kidneys took a massive hit and they weren't sure whether or not he would make it through the next few days. After keeping him hospitalized for two nights, he was able to come home, along with 3 different medications and painkillers. They saw improvement within 24 hours, but the second day he was home, he began acting odd again. They rushed him to the hospital and found out he had obstruction again. After two more nights in the hospital, he was sent home. Last Thursday they had another scare and rushed him to the hospital once again. He was not obstructed, but now has a massive inflammation along with several blood clots in his bladder. They received further information that he has a UTI and the medication they had been giving him has actually made his infection worse. Tank is currently on 5 different medications and struggles on a daily basis. If he shows no improvement within 48 hours he will have to undergo surgery. The cost of surgery alone ranges between $6,000-$8,000, which is roughly what Christian & Courtney paid for already. They love their Tank so much and even though they don't have the money they would do anything to save him. He is the most loving, amazing, dog-like cat they've ever had the privilege of knowing, and don't know what they would do if they lost him so soon. They love Tank so much and would do anything for him, but the financial obligations have been extremely strenuous on them especially as young adults. All donations made would go directly to the hospital bills, and continual medication they have him on. Anything helps and would be greatly appreciated by this little family.
