Gabriel Rios' funeral arrangements

Hello, let me introduce myself. My name is Sara and I am Gabriel's older sister. As you may have come to know my brother was shot and killed on 2/14/2016 Valentines Day. His death was sudden and we are not prepared financially to manage this burden. We would like to give my brother a proper funeral but we are lacking the funds to do so.
