Heart Transplant for Ed

Hi,

My husband Ed Melde is currently recovering from surgery to implant an LVAD pump to bridge the time until he can get a heart transplant. 

With him being in the hopsital and me spending most of my time there and not working, bills are starting to add up.  When Ed gets out of the hospital, he wil require 24 hour care for an undetermined amount of time, so the number of hours I will be able to work will be very limited.

We are hoping to raise a little money to get us through this difficult time. 

My husband and I are not the type of people to ask for help, but this situation has humbled us and made it necessary.

We would be very grateful for any help and will pay it forward when we are able.
