Cottage Grove Public Dog Park

If you are like the rest of us your family dog is a member of the family. Recently I found out that our town of Cottage Grove Oregon(Pop 10,000) had no dog park where our dogs could run free and play. I own a piece of land next to the hiking trail running through downtown. After much consideration I approached the city board and askd if we could partner in a public dog park.
It worked!  I have a writted agreement with the city of Cottage Grove. I am supplying the land , water and fencing and the city will supply the signage, parking area and liability insurance. I have removed the debris and have a nice grassy field all ready. I also have bartered for a contractor to drill all the post holes for a new chain link fence with double gates on each end of the park at no cost. The cost of the parks water line and fencing will be $3800.00 dollars and I want to install two dog  washing stations on my adjoining property for use outside the park( another $200.00. Any help I can get will go directly to these purchases. I am supplying the labor of installing the fencing for free.
