Howie's Weight Loss Surgery Fund

For most of my life I didn't think I would make it to 30 years old. I lived a hard and fast lifestyle and didn't take care of my health. When I hit 30, I knew that I needed to start taking care of myself and live a better life. At 32, I met the love of my life, Janet, and we married and had a beautiful baby boy. Now, it is 8 years later and I have an active and healthy little man who needs me to be healthy as well. I have been told that I am super morbidly obese and that if I don't take care of this weight loss soon, I could die. I have a weak heart and am on several medications. Those who know me know that I have tried every diet on the market and a few of my own. I can eat healthy and exercise, but my weight has taken over and I need the tools to help me get back on track. I want to coach my son's baseball team and play outside with him. I want to live to see him grow up. Heck, I even want to have another child as soon as possible, but with this weight, all of this can't happen. I have talked with a surgeon who is willing and able to perform a gastric sleeve surgery on me for $7810.52. Unfortunately, my insurance and my wife's insurance will not cover the surgery and we are not in the financial position to pay for the entire surgery. Any help you can give will be much appreciated.
