Brionne's College Assistance Fund

As you all know I was accepted to attend DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, receiving this news was one of the most exciting moments in my life. I have received a substantial amount of financial aid from the government, that had me under the impression that all of my college expenses were covered. I recently received news that I still owe five thousand dollars to DePaul for my tuition,this troubles me because I do not have that amount of money laying around. I also have an allotted amount of time in which I must pay this amount, so that I will be able to register for my upcoming classes in winter quarter. The idea to start a gofundme account to take the initiative in solving the problem I am faced with. College was the start of a new chapter in life for me, one were I did not depend on my parents for each and every need. This gofundme account will provide me with the money I need for school and although I will be asking for some help from my parents it will not be such a financial burden . This experience has taught me to take ownership for the problems that arise in my life and how to use different opportunities to solve these problems.
