Will and Melissa checkout venues

My name is Will Case, my fiance Melissa and I have started our own company, YourMiniCon LLC , and have events scheduled around the country. We have been pushing each event, developing panel schedules, securing venues, guests, and cosplayers, and recruiting local artists and vendors in the area of the event to join us on the weekend.


Unfortunately, we live in Connecticut and while everything is starting up, we have not had the chance to go out and see the venues for ourselves, meet our guests and cosplayers in person, and check out the artists and vendors who will be attending prior to the event actually occurring.


We would like to be able to make a trip around the country visiting each venue and learning the lay of the land, so to speak, so we can be better prepared in planning for the events. We have optimized the route for maximum efficiency and also allowing us to visit family and friends on the way.

Any amount helps, and we are fully disclosing the costs associated with the trip. If you have suggestions, feel free to comment them.


On a side note, this would also allow me to visit friends and family I have not seen in years. My brother in Colorado and my nephew, my family and friends in Texas, and my friends in Las Vegas whom I have not seen since moving back to Connecticut in 2011.
