Go Green Cab Non-Hostile Takeover

Nine years ago, I started the greenest cab company in the country. After the first successful four years, I passed the company off to a driver/aspiring tattoo artist at minimal cost so I could return to school. Now, I'm finished with school and the driver is now involved in his art and ready to pass the company back.
Next level considerations include next level stereo systems, company self-processed bio-fuel, paint jobs, and interior upgrades.
After nine years of transporting our community without the use of gasoline, we are in a heated battle with non-local multi-national corporate machines we un-loving refer to as the Uber-Monster. Our model of locally produced fuel, in vintage kickass cars, driven by locals has been evil-mirrored and we need community support to take on the billionaire pockets of faceless unbrideled and unregulated capitalism.
We can do this with less money than is being drained out of our community in one month.
