YOUTHphonics A Cappella

Founded in 2008, YOUTHphonics is a service-oriented a cappella group operating out of UCLA.  As our primary goal is to bring awareness to and help alleviate the effects budget cuts to the LA Unified School District have had on arts programs, we teach a weekly, after-school a cappella class at Fairfax High School, whose choir program was cut around the time of the group's creation.  Along with our committment to Fairfax, we perform throughout the LA area in an effort to give back to the community through a combination of music and service.  This time, we need your help to raise the funds we need to keep our program going.  Every dollar you donate will help us purchase supplies for our classes (such as music books need to help teach music theory to our students) and allow us the means to go out and serve the LA community as a whole.
