Surgery for Declan

Declan is 22 months and has a mass in is neck that needs to be removed. As of right now, we do not know what it is. It could be a cyst, an abscess or possibly the dreaded "C" word. It is causing him great discomfort and if left untreated it could cause difficulty breathing and swallowing. He desperately needs surgery to get this taken care of.
