Emergency Housing needed

We are a family of 5 in desparate need of housing. We have been forced our of our home due to electrical and heating issues. We are currently at a hotel since we are not able to go back to our home. At this point our landlord has not made any attempt to repair the electricity or heat in our home. We are trying to find a new place to live and are unable to fund it at this time. The landlord is refusing to give us back our money for january and our deposit so that we can find a new home.Anything helps. Thank you so much in advance.
