I made this account for my father who had been in prison for 6 years and counting. He was charged 31 years. 25 of those years are for a crime he was not charged with. They have this thing called “Stacking” which is unjust. Recently a law has been passed and this strengthens his case. He has been denied the rights to his court transcripts that are needed to prove his innocence. They have been stalling for 3 years now. He needs this money to afford a better attorney. Anything will help. He has recieved a GED. Accepted the lord. Found work. And found ways to take care of me and my brother all while in prison. This will give him time served and bring him home where he belongs. Anything will help. Even if you cant donate please share to spread the story. This happens to many people and needs to be stopped.
