Help Joe See a Doctor

This is one of my fb friends, Joe. He is is officially retired, but has found an artist within! Joe has a unique and wonderful talent, and unfortunately, unrelenting pain in his legs that is nearly debilitating. I've been so impressed with his determination and spirit, I would like to do something to try to help. Maybe if he could afford to get medical attention, and at least reduce his pain to a tolerable level, he could more easily focus on creating more amazing artworks! I hope you would like to see that happen as much is I would!
