In support of Laura Zehnle & Family
Donation protected
On December 8, 2015, at only 67 years old, Tom Zehnle suffered a heart attack. Early the following morning, he passed away quietly with his daughter, Sandi, by his side.
As many of you know, Tom was lively, funny (hilarious) and full of adventure, with much love for his family, friends and animal companions. If you ever got the opportunity to meet him he was probably wearing his
signature train conductor hat and a wide, friendly smile. He always had jokes or comics to share, and had a sense of humor that represented his high intellect and smart-ass nature. Tom was a husband, father, friend, uncle, beloved grandfather ("Grumpy Grampa") and a US Army Veteran. Tom had a special place in his heart
for his grandson, Aiden, and often said Aiden was his best friend. Tom and Laura had been married for 45 years, with a lovely home in Morrison that they have worked hard to make their sanctuary.
Tom's passing was very sudden and unexpected. This has left his wife, Laura, and his family, during this holiday season, looking at planning and paying for a memorial in addition to upcoming medical bills.
Laura has brought so much love to so many people and would hesitate to ask anyone for help. But, she would be the first one in line if you needed anything.
This page has been set up for Laura, and to honor Tom and show her how much Tom meant to all of us, as well as how much we love Laura and will continue to support her in the coming days, weeks and years.
Please leave your well wishes and donate what you can. Thank you in advance for all your love and caring thoughts.
