Boomstick Brigade to Calgary Expo

I host an online radio program on hardwiredradio dot ca every wednesday (or so) called the Boomstick Edition.  I've had some really cool listeners over the years, from all over the world, and we all gather in chat and talk about music, fangirl stuff, ridiculous things, and we've become good friends. 

We had one Boomstick Meetup in Chicago to see KMFDM back in 2013.   We want to do it again, this time at the Calgary Expo in late April 2016.

The problem is, well, most of us are poor as dirt and even with 6 months to save, $600-980 plane tickets, hotels and food are a gigantic bite out of our collective booties.  We WILL save, but this gofundme is to help subsidize for those who get kicked in the shins with stupid expenses out of nowhere, like stuff breaking, or dentists, or whatever, that suck our savings away.   

If someone from the show really wants to come, almost has the money saved, and loses it, well that would be heartbreaking (it's happened to me before and ick.)  

So yeah, this is to help fund some of my girls from the US and Canada, and hell, further if they want, to come up to the Calgary Expo, chill in a hotel that's not filled with roaches, geek out for four days, eat good food, and get the break we deserve.  I'm looking at YOU Eerian and Mouse and Veri and Dani and Cat and Tia and Lash and Arte and etc etc etc... 

so a buck, five bucks whatever, if you can toss some in the pot, you might make someone's year.
