My journey to become a published author has been quite inspiring for me in many ways. It all began at about age 18 when someone I knew heard me speak and said, "I see that it is quite plausible to envision you having much success as an author and becoming an inspiration to many people with your ability to articulate your thoughts in such a way that people feel empowered and inspired by the truths you share".
Well, 23 years later, with much more academic study under my belt and the age of 41 bringing me a little more experience in life, I have finally realized that dream, as I can now say with a genuinely deep sense of accomplishment that I am a published author. The support from my friends, family, and intellectual and spiritual peers has been immense thus far. Yet, as a person with much vision, I know that the real work begins now.
I saved the most important prospect for last. My greatest conviction is to be able to serve our communities. This is achieved by providing community services and or aid to those in need. Improvement begins with self, hence the saying: "If I am not for myself, who will be for me ? But if I'm only for myself what am I" ? I have 26 years of service in my community and one of the voids I'd like to fill is in the creation of intellectual and financial institutions. If our community becomes greater it's because we've contributed our resources towards it's advancement.
On behalf of my above vision, I ask that you support us financially in this great endeavor, anything you send is acceptable and there is nothing too high or too low to send.
