Please donate to the family of Zoë Carr, so they can start a foundation in her name.
Zoe Noel Carr was a fun and fearless 13 year old who shined and would flash a smile that warmed anyone's heart. She was outgoing, funny, and loved to make people feel special and good about themselves. She loved the outdoors, fishing, softball, and like many teenage girls, hair and makeup. Zoe had many aspirations. She wanted to start off by serving her country then moving onto college. After college she wanted to open up her own business and do makeup for the celebrities. A week before Zoe passed she wrote two things in her diary. In reference to making a difference she said, "I want to make someone's day better and give them the sense of confidence that they can achieve anything they want." Zoe also wrote, "Your goal in life shouldn't be to live forever, but to create something that will...a legacy is my goal."

All the dreams and plans Zoe had changed while visiting her family in New Mexico. Her family took her out to do what she enjoyed most. She was outdoors fishing and spending time with family. She took an ATV out for a quick ride and little did they know it would end up being her last ride. Zoe was on her way back in when she hit a small bump. The fact that she was going too fast ended up causing her to lose control. Zoe was also not wearing a helmet and suffered massive head trauma.

Zoe's parents have vowed to fulfill Zoe's wish...create a legacy. Their goal is to create a non-profit that will raise ATV safety awareness and the importance of wearing helmets. They want to inform others that this tragedy can happen to anyone who rides ATV's. Their goal is to spread awareness through literature and talking to large groups. They want to make a short video that can be shown to ATV buyers. They will continue to think of ways they reach those who ride and help them realize how important it is to ride safe and with a helmet. When they get to their new military assignment next year, they want to partner with local dealerships and offer helmet vouchers. If someone is noticed to be riding without a helmet and does not have one, they will offer a voucher for a free helmet that will be funded by her foundation. Zoe's goal will live on. With the support of you, her legacy will continue and will help save the lives of others. Thank you in advance for considering donating to Zoe's cause.
