ZT's first full-length Album!

We the Animals in Zoo Trippin' are currently writing for our first full-length (12-14 songs) album, and we need YOUR HELP to create it! In the past, we've been able to make the cost-effective short EP's that we've grown to love, but we are trying to take the next step in our careers as musicians and give our friends, fans, and family the best possible product that we can produce. It will be a concept album commenting on the duality of our world, and the goal to unify together as one, especially in these trying times. This is represented by the color, Purple. 

So, after much deliberation we have decided to work with one of the best producers in Ohio, Mr. Joey Gurwin (owner and lead engineer at Oranjudio in Columbus). His ear for great music of all genres is legendary, and we truly believe that he will help us create an album that you deserve. We also aim to recruit Mr. Brian Lucey (mastering engineer at Magic Garden Mastering in Los Angeles), He is a Columbus native who has worked with acts such as The Black Keys, Dr. Dog, The Arctic Monkey's , and Cage the Elephant, but also retains a love for the Columbus music scene. 

Since we are hiring the best in the business to help us track, mix, master, and press to vinyl, and since we are completely independent of label support it's going to cost us a pretty penny. We have been grinding on our own by playing shows around the region to try and save up as much as we can, but we can only meet our goal of $5,000 with your help! 

Zoo Trippin' supporters and fans have set the bar on how to act at a Columbus rock show, and the love we share is plain to see. We have come as far as we have all because of your support, and the Animals are so incredibly grateful for all you have done, but we cannot hope to take this leap without you. So if you feel the movement like we do, if you believe in us and our music, if you think Zoo Trippin' should represent Cbus and bring our energetic performance to every major city, then please donate whatever you can. Most of our dedicated fans are hard-working individuals, and every bit you can give us is immensely appreciated. Our recording session goes from the last week in January through the first week in February, so if you have an extra few bucks, then please throw it our way so we can live this  dream and take you along for the ride.
