“The Final Boy” movie production fund

Hello, my name is Ian and I am an independent film maker from Pennsylvania and we are in the beginning process of starting our biggest film yet!

We have produced 2 feature length films, 2 short films and 1 ten episode web series to date over the past five years and most of which can be found on Amazon Video, YouTube and Vimeo. We also have accumulated over 20 awards from various film festivals.

Our newest project “The Final Boy” is a psychological thriller with pre-production beginning in January 2024 and filming hopefully moving forward in August 2024 with a 2025 release.

PLOT: After a tragic death, a group of six friends spend a weekend in the mountains to celebrate the life of their late friend only to be encountered by someone or something that takes them out one by one.

Our production company, Moving Forward Films is a small company that hires up and coming cast and crew and focuses on LGBTQ+ stories and or characters, but we also have a goal to entertain and we hope to do so with this exciting film!

we are looking to raise $50,000 in total to cover the cost of production. This includes salaries for cast and crew, wardrobe, food/snacks, equipment, insurance, props, effects, rental fees, original music, editing, travel, housing and other unexpected filming expense. I DO NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FOR MYSELF.
