I’m Jackie, the Operations Manager at Ace of Hearts Dog Rescue from Pacific Palisades. We are a nonprofit dedicated to saving dogs from high-kill shelters. Tragically, the recent Palisades wildfire completely destroyed our office, which was also our founder’s home.
We lost everything. This included essential equipment like computers, desks, and printers, as well as four deep freezers where we stored gently cooked food for our dogs. All of our supplies—dog food, leashes, collars, and beds—are gone. Our ability to operate has been completely devastated.
Our office was the heart of our rescue, where we coordinated care for over 70 foster dogs, managed adoptions, and ensured every dog had what they needed to thrive. Now, we’re left scrambling to rebuild from nothing.
We need your help to replace the tools and supplies we rely on to save lives. Please consider donating and sharing to help us recover.
The funds raised will go directly toward replacing the essential items we lost in the fire, including:
- Two laptop computers
- One label maker
- One printer
- Four deep freezers as we feed our dogs homemade food with their dry food
- Two desks
- Two desk chairs
- Four file cabinets
- New office location
- 20 Plastic bins
Thank you for your support!
