Give Abigale a Chance at a Healthy Life

Abigale’s Story:

Abigale was just one of 65 cats and kittens rescued from the Gordon Heights area. They were not being fed and were living in the back of an abandoned house in deplorable conditions. Upon first evaluation of Abigale, it was thought she had a cleft lip. After her recent consultation with Dr. Carmichael at VMCLI, he and Dr. Carver concluded this is not a clef lip, but rather trauma that occurred as a tiny kitten. Something ripped her nose and lip separating it from the other side of her face. As she has grown, it has become difficult for her to eat and breathe. She will require surgery to correct this. The cost of surgery alone will be $5,000. .. this does not include any follow-up visit and or treatment if needed. Abigale is a sweet, very playful 15 week old kitten, she is full of life! She is currently in foster care and we would love to find her the purr-fect home once she has recovered. Please help Abigale if you can, every dollar helps.

$12 TO SAVE 12 CATS FUNDRAISER
Welcome to our $12 to Save 12 Cats fundraiser! We need your help to save 12 feral cats who have been living on the streets of Staten Island for over a decade. They've made their home in an abandoned building that is now set for demolition, and we need to act fast to get them to safety.

Happy Cat Sanctuary, a 501C charitable organization, has kindly agreed to take all 12 cats, but we need to have them vetted first and also make a meaningful donation for their lifetime care. That's where you come in.

By donating a minimum of $12 to our cause, you can help ensure these cats get the care they need and deserve. But don't stop there – if you can spare a little extra, your generosity will go a long way in securing their future.

These cats have endured a tough life on the streets, and now it's our turn to help them, and also help the rescuer who has been feeding them all these years. As animal lovers, we know the joy and comfort that our furry friends bring into our lives, and we can't bear to see them suffer. Sadly, these cats have never had the warmth and safety of a home, but collectively we can give them all a wonderful final chapter.

Sanctuary saves over 100 cats
Happy cat Sanctuary in the past month has rescued over 100 cats that were in desperate need of placement unfortunately we have to pick and choose on what cats get rescued and which ones don't we are limited on space and prior to these rescues we had halted bringing in cats but every time we turn around there was a dire situation of cats needing to be relocated and once again after coming across these 23 + Cats abandoned ,35 sick kittens and 15 cats in Farmingville and 9 cats abandoned in Selden by its owners, we had no choice but to step in and rescue these cats .

Most of the cats in the past month did not come with any funding and it is very expensive to run a sanctuary of over 400 cats and with food , medical and their shelter expenses we would be very grateful for any thing you could donate to help us support these cats we have recently rescued including the ones recently abandoned in the video...

Cat Colony Needs Your Help!
Please help us save the lives of the 10 remaining cats at a cat colony in Seaford, Long Island. The man feeding the cats moved away and left 24 cats (all TNR) to fend for themselves. Their shelter was also torn down, however a group of volunteers stepped in and tried to help. They have been feeding the cats daily, upsetting a local business owner who does not like the cats, and who has threatened the cats in the past. Unfortunately, the cat colony went from 24 to 10 overnight, as we found some of the cats dead on the side of the road. We suspect that they have been poisoned, although we have no proof of this. The authorities have been notified however there is nothing they can do as these cats are not pets. We have been fortunate enough to find a safe home for the remaining cats, and will begin trapping tonight. We are asking for donations to help pay for their lifetime care at their new home at The Happy Cat Sanctuary. All donations will go directly to them and are tax deductible. Any amount, large or small, will help tremendously. Let's get these cats safe and warm! Thank you!
