Rosso is a one-of-a-kind dog with a zest for life that lights up everyone around him. Even in his senior years, he’s full of energy and would spend every moment outside, running in the sun, if he could. He’s incredibly curious, always exploring, and loves soaking up attention from his human friends. Rosso has been a loyal companion and brings joy to everyone he meets—but now, he needs our help.

Recently, Rosso was diagnosed with a mass on his abdomen that’s causing him discomfort. While he still greets each day with his signature enthusiasm, it’s clear that this condition is holding him back from living his happiest, most active life. The good news? Surgery can relieve his discomfort and get him back to being the vibrant, playful Rosso we all know and love.

The procedure comes with a $700 price tag, which covers the surgery, post-op care, and follow-up visits to ensure Rosso’s full recovery. Every dollar raised will go directly to helping Rosso feel better and get back to his favorite things: running in the sun and soaking up all the love he can.

Meet Shamus, a spunky little dog with a big heart who’s been through a lot but continues to spread love and joy wherever he goes. When we met Shamus, he went directly into a hospice foster because of his severe condition - his colon was damaged due to untreated hernias that caused a lot of pain and made even the simplest things, like going to the bathroom, a real struggle. Thankfully, Shamus had an initial surgery to remove the infected part of his colon, which provided some relief. However, he now needs a second surgery to tack his colon securely back in place to prevent ongoing issues and to improve his quality of life.

We need your help. This surgery is very expensive.

In addition to the colon surgery, this surgery will also allow the vet to remove a few tumors while they're in, ensuring Shamus can lead his best life. Despite his challenges, Shamus is a spirited little guy who loves his daily walks, snuggling under blankets, and, of course, stealing them too! With your help, we can provide Shamus with the medical care he deserves so he can continue spreading his joy to everyone he meets.

Walter is a senior stray who was rescued from the euthanasia list in a Wichita shelter on February 4. What we didn't know was that this sweet boy was heartworm positive. We are currently looking for a medical foster so he can undergo treatment, but we need YOUR help!
