One Library At A Time- Changing The Statistics
According to the 2022 national school census only 1 in 15 public schools have a library in Liberia.
To make this clearer only 170 schools out of 2545 public schools have a library.
Now imagine a Liberia where every school, every district have one library and every student is a avid, fluent reader.
KEEP Liberia believes this is possible and over the last 10 years, we can created 34 mini libraries in 12 counties. We know that this is only a drop in the bucket and we want to do more.
We NEED to do more.
