Friends, and followers of Barbara- thank you for coming here to help! This fundraiser will cover the full endeavor of rescuing these three kittens as well as the the TNR of their parents. The babies are going to a long term foster until they prepared for adoption, and I will be setting traps to take in the adults as well as any potentially remaining kittens from the litter, in the coming days. The money you donate today will be going towards the following:

• Vaccination
• Preventative treatments
• Deworming
• Spay/Neuter
• Any unforeseen medical treatment

*All surplus funds will be absorbed and distributed to Little Wanderers as they are ALWAYS in need of support.

You can’t wrap this gift, nor place it under a tree, but it’s one of the most important benevolences you can provide since you will be saving a life.
Unfortunately, every day is about life and death for us, and we can NEVER be prepared for what we encounter.

There is really no way to ever plan for a feral cat named Sasse who we rescued recently and has severe neck wounds and requires two weeks of intensive vet care. 
We can’t anticipate a sweet little man, like Isaac, who was so shockingly malnourished--after being starved on the street for years--and desperately needed dental surgery.
We can’t imagine the scenarios we see, but we know we can be equipped for them.


We have to be ready to rescue, ready to heal and ready to love. But our need for help has become urgent too and we must reach our goal of $20,000 to pay down our veterinary debt so we can maintain the level of assistance we provide.
We also know in our hearts that we are committed to NEVER having to say NO to any animal. So PLEASE help us to NEVER deny an animal care with your donation.


In 2019 alone, Little Wanderers NYC has stepped into some of the most dangerous, unfortunate and dire situations to rescue over 1279 cats. The need in our area is so acute, so urgent and so overwhelming we wouldn’t be able to do it without our volunteers and our beloved Dr. Lyn at the Feline Veterinary Medical Centre who we have literally watched as he’s made miracles happen. Finally, we couldn’t have the success we have without our community of followers on social media who are as devoted to the care and well-being of animals as we are.



So far in 2019, we have adopted out a staggering 530 cats and the number continues to grow so if you are unable to provide a donation, please consider giving of your home and adopting one of our babies.


On any given day, we have an active roster of 182 cats in foster care that we take under our wing in every way possible. We also provide critical, frontline rescue services to the neediest cats in the toughest neighbourhoods. However, our efforts don’t end with care, rehabilitation and adoption.



We are committed to trapping, neutering and returning feral cats to safe, cared for and monitored areas. One of our greatest goals is to manage the feral cat populations in order to lower the amount of homeless cats born on the streets, only to live in the harshest conditions without basic necessities including food, water and love.
We imagine and strive for a day that NO animals live in the most dangerous, darkest and dirtiest of street corners, unloved and unwanted.


Little Wanderers NYC is a 100% volunteer-run and donation-funded cat rescue organization.
