Support the Navy SEAL Foundation This Veterans Day
Hi friends. For this Veterans Day, I am setting up a campaign to help raise money for the Navy SEAL Foundation. The Navy SEAL Foundation provides critical support for the warriors, veterans, and families of Naval Special Warfare.
Founded in 2000, the NSF is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit that supports active duty and veteran members of the NSW community and their families. The NSF offers care through more than thirty comprehensive programs organized under five pillars—Strength, Resilience, Health, Education, and Community.
Please join me in supporting our Vets this November.
Your donations will help fund over thirty programs under 5 Pillars of Support.
Strength
Assistance to active duty service members in the form of respite care, morale-building events, command all-calls, and much more
Mentorship opportunities and collaboration with world-class institutes, other nonprofits, and experts in networking and resume-building to assist NSW members and their families when they transition out of the military
Emergency funding for veterans in support of any financial hardship
Resilience:
Immediate financial assistance to cover costs associated with the dignified transfer of remains and memorial services, as well as travel expenses.
Vital services like grief counseling, retreats, remembrance gifts, and specialized kids camps.
Support in the unfortunate case of a veteran death and assistance for the warrior who suffers the loss of a child, parent, or sibling.
Health:
Financial and logistical support when an active duty SEAL or SWCC is injured or becomes critically ill
Connect veterans or service members with clinical psychologists skilled in addressing their specific mental health issues, and access to cutting edge treatment modalities
Education:
Empower active duty NSW personnel, their spouses and children, as well as our SEAL and SWCC veterans and their children, by awarding scholarships for higher education
Support quality education options for dependent children in geographically separated duty location
Funding for standardized college entrance exams for qualified transitioning NSW service members
