I am swimming in the 2k 2024 Annapolis Frogman Swim on April 28. Each swimmer is required to raise at least $2000 for the Navy SEAL Foundation. The Navy SEAL Foundation provides immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare community and their families. You may not realize it, but this affects you. The NSF helps keep our warriors healthy and able to focus on their mission to keep us safe.

The Navy SEAL Foundation provides immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare community and their families. Too often our troops are left behind, not always on the field, but in our own backyard. We leave our veterans hanging out to dry and more often than not these heroes are left aimless and isolated. I feel that this cause is an important cause because it helps the troops fighting on our behalf. It is especially important when acknowledging that our SEAL Teams are acting as the tip of the spear in our armed forces.

On June 6, 2021, I will be participating in the Navy SEAL Foundation's third annual Boston Frogman Swim, and Ashley (my rockstar wife), will be my safety kayaker. For the last two years, Ashley has been the swimmer, but this year we have reversed roles, and I will be in the water (yikes!).  It's going to be one heck of a challenge!!

The Boston Frogman is a 5k swim across the Boston Harbor that provides us with an opportunity to honor fallen members of the Naval Special Warfare community through physical challenge. Most importantly, the event allows us to give back to that same community by involving those around us in fundraising for the Foundation.  

Ashley and I are partaking in this incredible event in honor of Special Warfare Operator Senior Chief Chad Wilkinson - October 29, 2018.

I hope you will show your support, as I swim the Boston Frogman this June in honor of Navy Seal Bill Mulder. Bill was a retired Navy Seal, who performed numerous deployments and hundreds of missions protecting our freedom.  Unfortunately, that dedication led to multiple TBI's and CTE ultimately leading him to die by suicide June of 2017.

It is my hope that thru my training and swim you can learn more about Bill and his legacy, raise awareness to veterans mental health and encourage others to #saytheirname I want to change the narrative and change the number.

Please join me in support of the Navy SEAL Foundation, Inc., as I swim 3.5 miles in Tampa Bay on January 17th, 2021.
This year I will swim in honor of Captain Chaz Heron, United States Navy. 

Chaz was a decorated SEAL leader that embodied the Navy's Core Values of honor, courage, and commitment.  He was recognized for his lifetime of service in April 2018 when he was inducted into the United States Special Operations Command Commando Hall of Honor.  That same year he lost a 4-year battle with cancer, but left behind an enduring legacy of faith, bravery, and compassion.

I am grateful for your help to honor Chaz, while also providing critical support to our special operators and their families during times of illness, injury, and loss.  Please share with your social network.
