Peace for All Animals, formerly Peace for Ponies is an animal rescue that nurses animals back to health and adopts them out to loving homes. In business for nine years, we have saved hundreds of animals with a focus on saving donkeys from kill pens.

We are facing a challenge today that we need the communities help with. One of our abutting neighbors resurveyed their land and found that almost half of our farm is on their property. We were unable to negotiate with them to buy the land so as luck would have it, the abutting neighbor on the other side offered the use of their property. Deemed unbuildable due to conservation restrictions they have donated an acre of land for us.

Now we are faced with the challenge of moving barns, fences, chicken coops etc to get the animals situated into their new and improved homes. It is a costly venture which is why we are reaching out to you here on Go Fund Me.

We intend to use the funds for the following improvements:

Our goal is to continue to have our farm be a haven for people who need to connect back to nature and to help heal them with the interaction of our animals as well as continuing to save our animal friends who fall into disadvantaged situations through no fault of their own.

Our long term goal once all the buildings are in place is to put a yurt up that we can use to build a community of people who want to come learn nature crafts and engage in animal therapy to support their healing processes and well being.

Thank you, First Citizens' Federal Credit Union, for giving us 1 1/3 acres of land behind us. After my neighbor told us where to put the fence 20 years ago, we were wrong, 16 ft wrong. My barn was on her land.

We have gone through litigation and have come out with the need to put a building up on a piece of land that we have been given behind us by First Citizen's Federal Credit Union (banks don't do that!). If we do not comply, all of the animals but three will have to leave. Putting up a barn will give us what we need to do what we want to... save more babies. So to comply with the town and have more than three animals on this property, we need to put a building and a road on this new property, and we will need electricity and water. This will allow us to save many more animals, but it needs to be done by March.

We are an Animal Rescue that also helps animals and humans connect here. We specialize in saving baby donkeys and Pregnant Jennies but will take in an animal in need if we have room. We are much more than a rescue; we are a place where people come to heal also. We have 124,000 followers on our FB page. We have been here for 12 years. These past two years have been difficult. We have spent the summer raising money and moving all of our buildings... we have not stopped saving animals.

Hello everyone, We have been saving babies, pregnant mini horses and jennys for 12 years now. We are based in MA yet help all kinds of animals everywhere. We specialize in pregnant and orphaned baby donkeys that are in danger. We are expanding and adding equine foals and pregnant horses now as we grow. We have been rescuing for 12 years and because of a neighbor have been in appeals fighting to stay here without resolve with no founded complaints. We have done what was asked of us from the town for months and what we feel is a very simple case. We have helped our town/community with their animal's needs so they did not have to give them up if needed. We have always supported our ACO and tons animals. All is needed is for them to is to have Rescue in their bi-laws. The town could have the ACO regulate the number of animals that are allowed by the size of their property. Rescues have to follow the state regulations which is a book. We follow the state's rules as a farm rescue. That said we need your help!!! We need to raise the funds for our Lawyer fees to take this to the courts. The town appeals board would not let us meet to resolve this with the Town Counsel so we have no other choice. We were given 1 1/3 acre that abuts the land by First Citizens Federal Credit Union. Our Vocational school was all ready to come and build enclosures and handicap walkways. We also invite Latham centers and other organizations in town or special needs groups to come. We have 187,000 followers who support this journey.
