Lots Of Health Issues Homeless over 1yr need help.

Hi im 32yrs old been living in car for over 1yr. Lots of health issues. I have starting stages of stomach cancer along with grand mal seizures and server arthritis in both knees and mental health issues and im trying to find a place to live but cant afford a home or apartment right now.
