Dear Fabulous Friends This is Angela Soto,
I wanted to first say hope you all have a fabulous Christmas and New Year. May God continue to bless each and every one of you with eternal peace and love! Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful. Family reunites and unconditional love are shared among all love ones. Cheerful smiles are its footprints. As each and everyone one of you look forward to this magical Holiday, there also lies the less fortunate who only forward to the next day as they cope with grief with their unfortunate situation.
As you all know since in Junior High school I inherited the love of Math. Math has brought warm in my heart ;-). As I followed my passion I enjoy crunching numbers for a company that has given me an opportunity to make a difference for the past 8 years. This passion continues on, as for the last 5 years during weeknights and weekends I have helped students in their learning enrichment. I tutor a handful of students at a time in math and English. I have guided my babies in hope to make an much needed difference in their lives.
For this I have taken this time to reach out to you all for my student Briana. Briana is currently in the 8th grade and on November 22, 2013 13 days ago, her young life came crumbling down. Briana lost her only parent, her mother against the silent killer Cancer. Briana is one of the oldest students, and one of the students I have had the pleasure to work the longest with. Adriana Torres at a young age of 36 left behind Briana of 14 years old and Kaylene of 8 years old. Adriana's parents have taken custody of both daughters. Imagine how hard this shall now be for both elderly grandparents.
I ask you all if you find it in your heart to unite with me and share your Christmas with Briana and her sister, anything will bring joy in their hearts. Simply anything will make a difference. Shall Christmas bring a little joy in these adolescents lives in such hard times. Her mother can't never be replaced, but the spirit in this holiday could be transmitted by our generosity.
I have started by extending my services for Briana for free, I shall not let her fail and allow any distractions deviate her studies. I shall not have Sergio (her grandfather) worry about any monetary trouble when I know Briana needs me now more than ever. I will continue to guide her as I shall live ;-)
Let us keep Christmas beautiful, that it shall live forevermore to fill our every need, that it shall not be just a day, But last a lifetime through, the miracle of Christmas shall bring you love, joy and peace within your heart xoxo
If you want to extend your hands, do a magnificent deed I am collecting to provide these beautiful girls a wonderful Christmas. So please share this to whomever you like ;-) Absolutely everything will go to them. And anything will make a difference. I have already started buying clothing and will continue on with your generosity. I will have it all ship to them by Christmas and will personally visit her this day with a card with all your names and special wishes on it ;-) I'm super excited! I will keep everyone posted on what I purchase and on how you have made a difference ;-)
If you wish to send them Christmas instead Briana's size is medium and 9-10 in pants 6 1/2 in shoes. Kaylene is 10 in little gurls and 2 1/2 in shoes. I can provide you with their personal Address ;-)
Attached is a pictures of the babies and Adriana May her R.I.P and a picture of a project we all made at the library with my Saturday students once we found out of the tragedy in attempts to make Briana smile.
GOD BLESS AND THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.
